How it Works

Here is a step-by-step guide to the process of a job:

1. Artist A receives an enquiry but cannot attend the function. They send a template email to the client (provided by the NPA) informing them that they will receive details of up to ten suitable alternatives for their function within 7 days. Artist A then fills out a job form on the NPA website briefly detailing the job on offer.
   
2. The NPA sends an email to all relevant artists alerting them to the job.
   
3. Artists B, C and D decide to apply for the job. Details of each artist are emailed to the client by the NPA. From this point the client will approach the artists directly.
   
4. Artist B informs the NPA that they have been chosen to undertake the job. The NPA then removes the job from the noticeboard.
   
5. Upon completion of the job, Artist B makes a payment of £30.00 to the NPA. This is payable through the website (via Paypal). Upon payment the NPA pays £24.00 to Artist A (who originally posted the job) and keeps £6.00 to cover administration and Paypal transaction fees. The process is then complete.
