Frequently Asked Questions
A. Through PayPal - a secure and popular merchant service. No personal bank details are required when sending or receiving payments - only the email address registered with your PayPal account.
A. In order to send and receive payments through this network you need to visit www.paypal.com/uk to set up an account using a specific email address. This email address is all we require to send you your £24.00 payments.
A. The NPA receives payment of £30.00 from an artist who takes your job. We will then pay you £24.00 of this commission fee via the PayPal account you will have registered with us.
A. We cannot reveal exactly who is undertaking each job you pass on. However you can view details of every artist on the network who will receive your job details so you can rest assured your work is only passed on to quality artists.
A. The artist agrees to pay the NPA within seven days of completing the job. Should the artist fail to pay they will be removed from the network. It is therefore in the interest of all artists to ensure prompt payment.
A. The NPA is based on trust that the artists are honest and prompt to ensure smooth running of the network. We automatically send an email to the client within 14 days asking if they have chosen an artist from the details provided by the NPA. If it emerges that you have failed to inform us of your undertaking the job, we will remove you from the network due to violation of terms.
A. This fee covers the administration for each job, and also the transaction fees charged by PayPal (currently £1.22 per £30 payment), therefore this figure of £6.00 is extremely reasonable in comparison to a standard agent fee (usually at least the whole £30.00!).
