The Network of Performing Artists Privacy Policy Any personal information obtained by the Network of Performing Artists (‘NPA’, ‘We’, ‘Us’) is used through the Service strictly in accordance with these guidelines: 1. Clients. the Client email address is used only when consent is given to a member of the NPA for use regarding a particular event. The terms of use are: up to three emails to be sent to the Client in one week, with a further email requesting feedback and asking the Client if a further week of Service is desired. No further emails will be sent if the Client fails to respond. The Client email is stored privately at all times, with access given only to administrators of the NPA. No other personal information will be required from the Client. 2. Artists/Members. Contact information (i.e. name, website address, email address and telephone numbers) is used only for the purposes of emailing to potential Clients and only when explicitly requested by the Artist via the Website. The NPA will occasionally contact its Members regarding vital information such as the Service, the Website, changes in terms & conditions etc. Any personal data collected from Members is kept private by the NPA and is not shared, sold or otherwise transferred to any third parties. 3. Cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on a user’s computer for record keeping purposes. Cookies are only used as session cookies on the Website. A session cookie expires when the user’s browser is closed. This is essential for the Member’s login activities, such as displaying relevant job opportunities.
